You can return a product within 14 working days from the date of receipt. The change is made with products of equal or greater value. For the change process you should:

1. Have contacted us at 2810752931 or by email at info@mkboutiquestore.gr.
   2. Return all accompanying products (packaging and proof of purchase, as they are part of the product).
   3. No intervention has been made on the product.
   4. The product must not have been worn beyond the test.
   5. To send the product ONLY through the elta courier with which we cooperate (the relevant shipping cost is 5 €, which is charged to you and will be deducted from the credit value of the products).
   6. The product should not be an offer product (as there are NO changes in offer products).

No changes are made with the "hand-to-hand" process for safety reasons, as quality control of products is necessary.

The company is not responsible for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is not obliged to replace these products.

Refunds are only made if you receive a defective product. In case you receive a defective product (eg damage during transport), contact us at 2810752931 no later than 2 working days from the date of receipt and we will inform you how to replace it at no charge to you.
